Foreword

You have never read a book like this.

Don’t get discouraged by the size of the book, each section is self-contained and only a few pages. Take it one section at a time. The main text is only a small part of the book, most of the pages are supplementary information to help you better understand all the concepts presented. Take your time and feel free to jump around the large Appendices section based on what sparks your interest.

If you feel the need to close the book and reflect on the ideas you just read, do it. If you are dissatisfied with the limited and simplified explanation of a concept, go online and do more research. You already have all the tools you’ll ever need.

This book is meant to be a framework of existence. Think of it as a “bookshelf of knowledge.” There are plenty of open spots on the shelves for you to fill with your own discoveries. I did not write this book to act as an entire library, it’s just the bookshelf.

The overall purpose of The Human Manual is to help you become the human you want to be and work to create the world you want to live in. We are just a part of this world but we still have the power to change ourselves and everything around us. All we need is the knowledge of what needs to be done and the desire to do it.

Luckily, we aren’t the first people to exist and the people who came before us wrote down their discoveries to allow us to accomplish more than they ever dreamed. Let’s get down to business.
